This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for The Servants of Jesus Community Ltd. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site. It will notify you of the following:

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Returns Policy

Guarantee

We guarantee that all products purchased will reach you in good condition. If they do not, or you are not completely satisfied for some reason, please return the item to us within 30 days of receipt and we will replace or refund the full cost of the item. Shipping and handling expenses are not subject to refund, unless the item is damaged or we shipped you the wrong product.

Returning items

We will accept returns of items with a delivery note, within 30 days of purchase, but items must be in a resalable condition. If you have no delivery note, please return the item with a copy of the order acknowledgement email you received when the order was placed.

If you were given the item as a gift, please do not worry as we can trace the amount paid.

When returning items to our customer service centre, please indicate the reason for your return on the reverse side of the packing slip and include the packing slip in the box. For your protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post. Please send all returns to:
